We miss you every day. You were my vision in hospital and you helped me through the worst time of my life. My whole life has changed, and when I listen to your voice it makes me realise what changes and struggles you had, albeit different but still mentally challenging in many ways, but you always tried and came across happy. Thank you for being there for us. Xx

Thank you David, for choosing me, I was so blessed to be able to connect with you at the end of your life. Thank you for the trouble you went to in finding me! You were the most romantic man, as well as the most talented. The song you sent me, via your site, just before you died, will be cherished by me for the rest of my life. Thank you for all the fun we had, choosing the answers to your question and answer sessions and your words to me during our saturday morning phone calls. Endless trouble, all for me, and I was so honoured and still am! Sorry I never made it over to Florida to 'come on by' so we could be together! And sad you still have fans who don't accept you as a real person or understand your wishes. So thankful you never met them so they couldnt upset you as such a sensitive person.
